We believe our sell-side M&A services are most beneficial to privately-owned businesses with revenue of $3-5 million up to $50+ million. Regardless of size, we will gladly engage if we believe we can deliver a great customer experience for a client. Our additional suite of advisory and consulting services are appropriate for any organization (including publicly-traded corporations) in need of business analysis, financial analysis and/or transaction oversight.

Absolutely. The services described on our Sell-Side M&A page will be tailored to your particular situation — every deal is different and we are only interested in providing the services that are most valuable to you.

Do you provide legal or tax advice?

No, we do not provide legal or tax advice. Although we are knowledgeable about these matters, our expertise is centered around bookkeeping and the facilitation of transactions from a business and financial perspective. We have a network of partners who specialize in legal and tax matters, and we will be happy to provide referrals to these partners upon request.
